Bill Crowley Park is a Harris County park in Precinct 2.  This was a designated kayak site identified within the Greens Bayou Paddle Trail Strategic Plan.  Precinct 2 is working with Greens Bayou Coalition to develop plans and construct the launch in coordination with a Texas Parks and Wildlife grant for the project.  With completion of the this kayak launch a total of 20.4 miles of paddle trail will be complete from Bill Crowley Park to Thomas Bell Foster Park.
